What You'll Do

01Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and test drives

02Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, brake repairs, and tire rotations

Repair engines, transmissions, and suspension systems

04Conduct safety inspections and pre-delivery checks on new vehicles

05Update service records and order parts via inventory system

Requirements

OBD-II diagnostic scanners and codes

Automotive safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO for auto repair)

Mitsubishi vehicle systems and specifications

Latest Mitsubishi-specific diagnostic software updates

Advanced inventory and service record systems

Specialized tools for new vehicle models

Nice to Have

3+ years automotive repair experience

Indicates practical exposure but top performers exist across experience levels

Japanese language proficiency

Helpful for Mitsubishi technical documentation but not essential with English resources

Dealership service experience

Familiarity with high-volume service but independent shops build equivalent skills

Need-to-haves

Valid driver's license

ASE Certification (or equivalent)
