What You'll Do

01Develop and own multi-year product roadmaps for Mitsubishi EU automotive portfolio

02Forecast roadmap milestones with data-driven accuracy

03Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across engineering, sales, and regulatory teams

04Align stakeholders on prioritization and trade-offs

05Ensure compliance with EU automotive regulations (WLTP, GDPR)

06Drive roadmaps from ideation through successful launch

07Monitor automotive product lifecycle management best practices

Requirements

EU automotive regulations (e.g., WLTP, GDPR data residency)

Automotive product lifecycle management

Nice to Have

5+ years product roadmap experience

Strong signal but candidates can succeed with 3-4 years if other competencies are exceptional (Schmidt & Hunter, 1998)

Automotive industry background

Transferable from other hardware industries but automotive regs are unique (Tesluk & Jacobs, 1998)

Master's degree in business/engineering

Marginal predictor of job performance vs cognitive ability (Bertua et al., 2005)

Need-to-haves

Right to work in EU

Fluent business English
