01Lead end-to-end sales cycles for new customers

02Conduct live product demos and handle objections

03Onboard new customers and ensure early success

04Build and maintain sales pipeline through outbound prospecting

05Qualify leads and nurture relationships through the sales funnel

06Collaborate with product team for customer feedback loops

07Track sales metrics and report on pipeline health

08Stay updated on HR tech trends and competitive landscape

HR/recruitment processes and pain points

SaaS sales cycles and methodologies

Basic technical proficiency (able to learn Next.js/React SaaS product quickly)

Advanced CRM usage (HubSpot/Salesforce)

HR Tech or Recruitment Software experience

Accelerates ramp-up but top performers exist across adjacent SaaS verticals

3-5 years total sales experience

Experience matters more than years served; rapid learners succeed regardless

Technical background (CS degree or engineering experience)

Helps with demos but not required; strong communicators excel without it

Right to work in at least one of: UK, UAE, India

Conversational business English proficiency
